Here are a few things you should know about the installation of your new appliance(s)
Our Professional installers will:
- Unbox and prep your new appliance for installation.
- Inspect the new appliance for any cosmetic defects.
- Inspect the area where the new appliance will be installed.
- Shut of gas and or electricity to the currently installed appliance.
- Remove the current appliance from its location and haul it away in most cases. (unless otherwise specified by the customer)
- Connect your new appliance to the existing electrical and or gas supply.
- Our Pro’s will then level and secure the appliance properly.
- Turn the power and or gas back on to the new appliance.
- Test your appliance to make sure it is functioning properly.
- Guarantee the installation of your new appliance for 90 days.

The installation of your new appliance is for the replacement of a same or similar type of appliance. Having the same electrical and or gas requirements, and hooking up to existing and properly working valves, pipes etc. Installation fees do not include any necessary permits, additional parts and or labor beyond the normal installation. Ducting is not run by the installer we will hook up to an existing duct only. Additional charges may apply including dishwasher supply lines, gas flex lines, venting, shutoff valves, etc. No gas appliance will be connected using the old gas flex line, all gas connections will require a new gas flex line either purchased by the customer prior to or purchased from the installer at the time of installation. All installations are guaranteed for 90 days, we warranty against defects in the workmanship of our installers and we have no liability on damages caused by tampering with installation, acts of god, or by a defective or faulty appliance. |
